1965 Mustang: HW Classics

Here's another triple-Mustang dose for your viewing pleasure.

1965 Mustang from Hot Wheels Classics Series 2

The gold 1965 Mustang with black stripes is supposed to be Hot Wheels Collectors / Red Line Club Exclusive. Score!

The 1965 Mustang looks similar to the '65 Mustang Convertible (well, they're pretty much the same car) apart from the fixed roof and the level of details of the engine bay. The V8 engine found in the 1965 Mustang has better details compared to the one found in the convertible.

If you look carefully, you'd notice that the Mustang emblems on the right front fenders of the second and third Mustangs from the left are reversed. It looks okay on the Mustang on the left though. Note that this is just a variation, not an error. The Mustang emblems look alright on the left side of the front fender of all the Mustangs, as you can see in the picture below:

Okay, maybe you can't see the Mustang emblem on the left front fender of the Mustang on the right, but I can assure you that it's correctly placed, not reversed.
