Highway Patrol Barricade from Hasbro's Transformers RPMs Metal Heroes Series.
To be honest, I'm not a fan of Transformers. In fact I only watched the movie because of the Megan-Fox-running-in-a-tank-top-in-slow-motion scene. But this Barricade is a Mustang (a Saleen S281 to be exact), and unlike most Transformers toys out there, this one is actually a die-cast. And it only cost me RM10, which seems pretty reasonable.
It can't actually transform, but the robot-mode Barricade is sort of sculpted to the bottom of the chassis, which looks pretty much like Han Solo frozen in carbonite.
